They start early in the morning and climb uphill toward the pass. The trail is steep and rocky, and you'll need to be careful as you ascend. However, the views from the top are breathtaking, and they will be rewarded with stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains. After spending some time at the pass, they will begin their descent towards Bimthang. The trail is steep and slippery, and they need to be cautious while walking downhill. This day is setaside to rest and adjust to the increasing elevation. This is very important and can reduce the issue of altitude sickness. Today we will remain in Samagaon and investigate the surrounding areas, or alternatively we may visit Birendra Tal and Anie Gompa.
