Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu
You'll arrive in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. You'll be greeted by a representative from the Himalayan Yoga and Excursion at the airport and transferred to your hotel. You'll have the rest of the day to rest and explore the city on your own. You can visit the famous Durbar Square, take a stroll around Thamel, or try some local cuisine. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner with your trekking guide and fellow trekkers where you can get to know each other and discuss the trek ahead.
Day 2 : Flight from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur and Drive to Taplejung
After breakfast, you'll take a short flight from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur, which is a small city located in the eastern part of Nepal. Upon arrival, you'll meet your trekking crew and drive to Taplejung, which is the starting point of your trek. The drive will take you through the winding roads of the hilly region, offering you stunning views of the countryside. The drive may take around 7 to 8 hours depending on the road conditions. Day 41 : Drive to Taplejung and Fly from Bhadrapur to Kathmandu
Today, you'll wake up early in the morning and have breakfast at your guesthouse in Taplejung. After breakfast, you'll take a jeep ride from Taplejung to Bhadrapur, which is a scenic drive through beautiful landscapes and villages. Upon reaching Bhadrapur, you'll check into a hotel and have some time to rest and freshen up.
Day 42 : Departure from Kathmandu
Today is the last day of your Kanchenjunga Circuit Yoga Trek. After breakfast at your hotel, you can spend some time exploring Kathmandu, if you have time before your flight. You may visit some of the famous UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
If your flight is in the afternoon or evening, you may have time for some last-minute souvenir shopping or just relaxing at your hotel. Your trekking company will arrange for a transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Make sure to arrive at the airport at least two hours before your scheduled departure time.
