Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu.
Today, we'll explore some of the famous cultural and historical landmarks of Kathmandu, including Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. We'll also have a briefing session about the trek in the evening.
We'll take an early morning flight to Nepalgunj, a city in the southwestern region of Nepal. We will spend the night in Nepalgunj.
We'll take a flight to Jhupal, a small town in Dolpo, and then drive to Dunai, the district headquarters of Dolpo. This is where our trek begins.
Our first day of trekking takes us to Tarakot, a small village on the banks of the Tarap Chu river. We'll pass through several small villages and cross a suspension bridge along the way.
Today's trek takes us through a beautiful gorge along the Tarap Chu River. We'll stop for lunch in a small village and continue on to our campsite in Laini Odar.
We'll start the day with a yoga practice and then begin our trek to Nawarpani, a small village located at the base of the Jhyekundo Himal.
We'll continue our trek to Do Tarap, a village known for its traditional Tibetan culture and unique architecture.
Today is a rest day, and we'll spend the day exploring the village, practicing yoga, and meditating.
We'll start early today and head towards Numa La Base Camp, which sits at the base of the Numa La pass. We'll be rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding mountains along the way.
Today's trek takes us over the Numa La pass (5,306m), which is the highest point of our trek. We'll descend to our campsite at Pelung Tang, where we'll spend the night.
We'll continue our descent towards Dajok Tang, a small village situated in a beautiful valley.
Today's trek takes us to Ringmo, a picturesque village located near Phoksundo Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in Nepal.
We'll spend the day exploring Ringmo and the surrounding areas, practicing yoga, and meditating.
We'll start our return journey today and trek towards Chhepka, a small village situated in a lush valley.
Today's trek takes us to Jhupal, where we'll spend the night before flying back to Nepalgunj.
We'll take a flight back to Kathmandu and spend the rest of the day relaxing and exploring the city.
We'll spend the day in Kathmandu, practicing yoga, meditating, and exploring the city.

The guide gave us complete trust and was very knowledgeable; he always made reasonable modifications to the route based on our abilities and the weather.
