Terms and Conditions:

When you book a trip on Himalayan Yoga And Excursion, you are entering into a booking agreement with us. Once you have filled out all of the necessary requirements and submitted your booking, you have agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Travel Insurance:

While traveling Travel insurance is mandatory. Standard Policies only cover medical clearance up to 4000m but make sure that you get covers trekking up to 6000m. Call the insurance company and check the specialties before you arrive in Nepal.
Cancellation Policy( canceled by us):
If in case of trip is canceled by Himalayan Yoga And Excursion, we will notify you early and refund you 100% of the trip deposit you have made.

If canceled by you:

Cancellation Eight months to the trip 30% of the trip deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellation of six months to the trip days, 40% of the trip deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellation Three months to the trip days, 50% of the trip deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellation before 25 days to the trip days 75 % of the trip deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellation before 7 days the whole amount is nonrefundable.

Acceptance of Risks and Liabilities:

We strive to offer you the best and most amazing experience for your trip. Our packages come with exceptional deals; however, please note that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, road blockages, flight delays or cancellations, illnesses, or accidents.

Publicity:

Himalayan Yoga and Excursion may use clients' photos and videos in our advertisements unless you inform us otherwise. We prioritize personal privacy.

**Health, Fitness, and Age Limit:**  

Good health and physical fitness are essential for participation in all our tours, travels, and holidays. All travelers must be physically fit and healthy.

Late Booking :

We accept the last booking without extra cost or please contact us for more information.

Acceptance of Risk:

We are dedicated to providing the best services by carrying out our responsibilities honestly and diligently to ensure your journey is smooth and successful. However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any changes to the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. These may include government restrictions, landslides, road blockages, floods, snow, political unrest, flight cancellations, delays, illness, or accidents. 

Additionally, some of our trips are adventurous and inherently risky, which may involve personal risk. By participating in these activities, you accept all risks associated with them, including any damages, injuries, or fatalities that may arise from these inherent risks.

Refusal and Service:

We, Himalayan Yoga and Excursion, reserve the right to refuse service. Heavy drinking, fighting, and using verbal abuse toward our guides or staff are not acceptable, so please be respectful to our group and other travelers in the group.

Currency:

All trip costs are presented in USD. If you pay by credit card, the company will determine the actual exchange rate. If you are settling any remaining balance in local currency, we will calculate the amount based on the current exchange rate.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

By making a booking, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This acknowledgment is a condition precedent to any booking, and clients' participation in any trip or activity organized by Himalayan Yoga And Excursion signifies acceptance of these terms

Payments:

30% of the amount can be deposited in a bank before you arrive in Kathmandu. The remaining balance should be paid in a major currency at the Himalayan Yoga and Excursion office in Kathmandu at the time of your arrival. If you pay with a credit /debit card in Nepal we will charge an additional fee of 13% to cover the local taxes and transaction fees. Our Bank Detail is listed below:
