The trek usually starts with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, from where you begin your trek. You will trek through several traditional Sherpa villages, including Namche Bazaar, and acclimatize to the altitude gradually.

Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by a representative from the Himalayan Yoga And Excursion who will transfer you to your hotel. After freshening up, you can take a stroll around the vibrant streets of Thamel, a popular tourist hub in Kathmandu. In the evening, you will attend a briefing about the trek from your trekking guide. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions or clarify any doubts you may have about the trek. After an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport for a scenic flight to Lukla. The 30-40 minute flight offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas and takes you to one of the most thrilling and adventurous airports in the world - Tenzing Hillary Airport in Lukla. Upon arrival in Lukla, you will meet your trekking crew and begin your trek to Phakding, a small village located on the banks of the Dudh Koshi River. The trail descends through beautiful pine and cedar forests, passing by several mani walls and prayer flags. After crossing a suspension bridge, you will arrive at Phakding. In the evening, you can explore the village and visit the nearby monasteries. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Phakding.
After an early breakfast, you will start your trek to Namche Bazaar, the gateway to the Everest region. The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River and crosses several suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge. After breakfast, you will start your trek to Dole, a small village located on the way to the Gokyo Lakes. The trail ascends gradually towards Mong La Pass, offering panoramic views of the Himalayas. You will also cross a few suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River and its tributaries. Today's trek is relatively short and takes you to Machhermo, a small village located in a beautiful valley surrounded by snow-capped peaks. The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River and passes through several small settlements and yak pastures. You will also come across a few tea houses and lodges where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. The trek to Machhermo is a gradual ascent, and you will have plenty of time to acclimatize to the altitude. Today, you will trek to the beautiful Gokyo Lake, which is a glacial lake located at an altitude of 4700m. The trail ascends gradually towards the first lake, Longpongo, and then continues to the second lake, Taujung Tsho. The final stretch of the trek is a steep ascent to Gokyo Lake, which offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, including Cho Oyu, Gyachung Kang, and Everest. Today's trek is one of the most challenging but rewarding days of the Gokyo Renjo La Pass Yoga Trek. You will start early in the morning and hike up to Renjo La Pass, which is located at an altitude of 5340m. The trail to the pass is steep and rocky, and you will need to be careful while walking. However, the view from the top is breathtaking, and you will be able to see Mt. Everest, Cho Oyu, and other peaks in the region. After spending some time at the pass, you will descend towards the village of Lunden, located at an altitude of 4300m. The trail descends gradually through a beautiful valley, and you will come across several small settlements and grazing pastures. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Lunden.
Today's trek will take you from Lunden to Thame, a picturesque village located at an altitude of 3800m. The trail is mostly downhill, and you will pass through several small villages and lush forests of rhododendron and pine. Thame is a traditional Sherpa village, and you will be able to explore the local culture and lifestyle. The village also has a beautiful monastery, which is worth a visit. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Thame.
Today's trek will take you back to Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa town where you had spent a rest day earlier in the trek. The trail descends gradually, and you will pass through several small villages and dense forests. You will also cross several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River. Upon reaching Namche Bazaar, you can explore the town and do some souvenir shopping. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Namche Bazaar.
Today's trek is the last day of your Gokyo Renjo La Pass Yoga Trek. You will trek back to Lukla, where you started your trek. The trail is mostly downhill, and you will pass through several small villages and lush forests. You will also cross several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River. Upon reaching Lukla, you can celebrate the successful completion of your trek with your guide and porter. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Lukla.
Today, you will take a short and scenic flight back to Kathmandu from Lukla. Upon arrival, you can rest and relax at your hotel, or explore the city and its many attractions, such as temples, monasteries, and markets. In the evening, you can attend a farewell dinner hosted by the Himalayan Yoga And Excursion to celebrate the successful completion of your trek. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.
This is a free day in Kathmandu, and you can use it to explore the city on your own or engage in some last-minute souvenir shopping. You can visit popular tourist attractions such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, or the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kathmandu Durbar Square. In the evening, you can stroll around the Thamel area, which is famous for its shops, bars, and restaurants. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.
This is your final day in Kathmandu. Depending on the time of your flight, you may have some free time to do some last-minute shopping or sightseeing before transferring to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure. ALTITUDE SICKNESS

WEATHER
