When you will arrive in Kathmandu and be transferred to hotel. After being greeted by a representative from the Himalayan Yoga and Excursion, you will have some free time to explore the city or relax before meeting your tour group for a welcome dinner. It's a good opportunity to get to know your fellow travelers and prepare for the exciting activities that lie ahead.
After breakfast at your hotel in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to the airport for a domestic flight to Dhangadhi, a city in western Nepal. The flight will take approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival in Dhangadhi, you will meet to tour guide and take a private vehicle to Kanchanpur, a town located near the Shuklaphanta Wildlife Reserve. The drive will take approximately 3-4 hours and will offer stunning views of the Nepalese countryside. After checking into your eco-lodge or campsite, when you will have some free time to relax or explore the local area. In the evening, when you will have a yoga session with a certified yoga instructor, who will guide you through a practice designed to help you unwind and connect with nature. You will also receive a briefing from your naturalist guide, who will provide information about the wildlife reserve and the species you can expect to see during your visit.
