Upon arrival at Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by a representative from Himalayan Yoga And Excursion who will take you to be hotel. Spend the rest of the day exploring the city and preparing for the trek.
Take a scenic flight to Lukla and start your trek to Phakding. The trail follows the Dudh Kosi River and passes through charming Sherpa villages and lush forests. Overnight in a teahouse.
Continue trekking along the Dudh Kosi River and cross several suspension bridges before reaching the bustling town of Namche Bazaar. Enjoy stunning views of Mt. Everest and the surrounding peaks. Overnight in a teahouse.
Spend the day acclimatizing and exploring Namche Bazaar. Take a short hike to the nearby villages or visit the local markets and monasteries.
Trek through rhododendron forests and cross several streams before reaching the famous Tengboche Monastery. Enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Overnight in a teahouse.
Continue trekking through the rugged terrain and reach the village of Dingboche, located in a scenic valley surrounded by towering peaks. Overnight in a teahouse.
Spend the day acclimatizing and practicing yoga in the serene environment of Dingboche.
Trek through rocky terrain and reach the village of Lobuche, situated at the foot of the Khumbu Glacier. Overnight in a teahouse.
Trek to Gorak Shep, the last village before Everest Base Camp. After a quick rest, hike to the base camp and enjoy breathtaking views of the Khumbu Icefall and surrounding peaks. Overnight in a teahouse.
Hike to the summit of Kala Patthar, one of the best vantage points for panoramic views of Mt. Everest and the surrounding peaks. Trek down to Pheriche for an overnight stay in a teahouse.
Trek back to Namche Bazaar, passing through the scenic villages of Pangboche and Tengboche. Overnight in a teahouse.
Trek back to Lukla, passing through lush forests and charming Sherpa villages. Overnight in a teahouse.
Take a flight back to Kathmandu and spend the rest of the day exploring the city or relaxing at the hotel.
