From here, you will begin your trek to Pumdi Bhumdi, a small Gurung village situated on a ridge overlooking the scenic Phewa Lake. The trek takes about 3-4 hours and follows a scenic trail through lush forests and small villages, offering stunning views of the Annapurna Range along the way.
Upon reaching Pumdi Bhumdi, you will check into a local guesthouse and have some time to rest and explore the village. Day 5 : Hike to Panchase Peak viewpoint & trek to Bhadaure
After breakfast at the guesthouse, you will begin your hike to Panchase Peak, which is located at an altitude of 2,500 meters. The hike takes approximately 2-3 hours and follows a steep trail through dense forests and rocky terrain, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Upon reaching the top of Panchase Peak, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu mountain ranges, as well as breathtaking views of the Pokhara Valley below. Day 7 : Drive from pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up by a private vehicle and driven back to Kathmandu, which takes approximately 6-7 hours. The drive passes through beautiful countryside and offers stunning views of the Himalayas, making for a memorable journey.
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will check into your hotel and have some free time to explore the city and its surroundings. You can visit some of the famous landmarks, such as Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple, or simply stroll through the vibrant streets and markets, soaking in the culture and atmosphere of the city.
