Annapurna Base Camp Trek - 11 Days

Your excursion to the ABC journey begins with an early transport to Pokhara from Kathmandu on a vacation transport. The subsequent day starts with a drive from Pokhara through Birethanti (1039m/3,250ft) to Tikhedunga and genuine journeying begins from Tikhedhunga, from where we take a path that goes through paddy fields along the Modi Stream to arrive at Ulleri (1,540m/5,050ft)- the objective during the current day. 

The following day's journey takes you to Ghorepani (2,860m/9,385ft). Ghorepani offers breathtaking views of the Dhaulagiri, Tukuche, Dhampas, Nilgiri, Barash Sikhar, and Machhapuchre (Fishtail) massifs of Mt. Annapurna.

The fourth day will be unique, as on this day you will arrive at the popular Poon Slope perspective itself. To make the most out of Poon Slope (3,210m/10,525ft), we will get up promptly in the first part of the day and climb to Poon Slope to find the sunrise breaking at more than 32 scopes of the Annapurna, alongside Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri. In the wake of absorbing the terrific landscapes from Poon Slope, we head to Tadapani (2,630m/8,630ft) for the evening.

You will depart Tadapani early in the morning for Chomrong, 2,165 meters (7,105 feet), after spending the night there. The way takes you through Ghandruk, which plunges to the Kirmron Waterway, and you will proceed with the climb to Chomrong. ABC trekkers frequently make an overnight stop in Chomrong.

You will have breakfast the following morning at Chomrong before beginning your trek to the Himalayas (2,890 m / 9,425 ft). The path ascends to Modi River Valley, passing through a picturesque village, before reaching the Himalayas for the night.

On the seventh day, you will pass on the Himalayas and climb to the Annapurna Headquarters (ABC). The Annapurna Base Camp is 4,130 meters high. From Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I (8,097m/26,566ft), Gangapurna, Khangsar Kang, Annapurna III, and Machhapuchhare, ABC offers breathtaking views of glaciers and mountain ranges. We will go through our night at the actual Headquarters.

You will leave Annapurna Sanctuary the following day as you retrace your steps out of the Modi River Valley to a tranquil stop called Bamboo, where you will spend the night. You leave Bamboo the following morning and trek to Jhinu Danda, which is at 1,780 meters (6,393 feet). The natural hot springs at Jhinu Danda are a great place to unwind and soothe sore muscles.

After an early breakfast, we take a traveler's transport (presumably a 6-7-hour venture) to Pokhara. On our way, we can see the beautiful Trishuli and Marsyangdi streams along the green, rough mountains, waterways interfacing with one another, and little springs.
